endurance in the legs, abdominal area, arms, hips and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic

alignment, breathing to relieve stress and allow adequate oxygen flow to muscles, developing a strong core

or center (tone abdominals while strengthening the back) and improving coordination and balance. Pilates’

flexible system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginning to

advanced. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises. No

muscle group is under or over trained. It enhances core strength and brings increased reach, flexibility,

Virginia Tattoo Friday April 27-Sunday April 29, 2017

“Words cannot explain the Virginia International Tattoo other than to say it's the most amazing and inspiring gathering of military bands, drill teams, and performers from the U.S. service branches and from militaries around the world. It gave me goosebumps and brought tears to my eyes. I see why it

was chosen to be the best of American Bus Association's Top 100 Events in North America!" Peter Pantuso, President/ CEO, American Bus Association

Begin your patriotic adventure aboard the Victory Rover Cruising through the bustling Hampton Roads

Harbor, one of the largest in the world. Enjoy fascinating and entertaining commentary during the two-hour

excursion aboard this naval themed vessel. Take in the sights of aircraft carriers, nuclear submarines,

guided cruisers and all of the other ships that form the world's most powerful armada. A boxed dinner will

Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps

and endurance in the legs, abdominal, arms, hips

and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic

alignment, breathing to relieve stress and allow

adequate oxygen flow to muscles, developing a

strong core or center (tone abdominals while

strengthening the back) and improving

coordination and balance. Pilates’ flexible system

allows for different exercises to be modified in

range of difficultly from beginning to advanced.

Intensity can be increased over time as the body

conditions and adapts to the exercises. No muscle

group is under or over trained. It enhances core

strength and brings increased reach, flexibility,
