Collecting HealthCheck Information To support the HealthCheck, we need to collect information from you. The Diagnostic Zip option in your iSM Administration Console provides a quick way to collect the current configuration and log files of your iSM installation. You can also add descriptive comments to the .zip file that is created to support the assessment. This file is labeled with a timestamp in your configuration directory (for example, ism_home\config\base). Note: Remove any previous trace files prior to running the Diagnostic Zip option. To create a diagnostic .zip file: 1. Click Tools in the menu bar, which is located in the top pane, as shown in the following image. 2. In the left pane, click Diagnostic Zip, as shown in the following image. The Diagnostic Zip pane opens.
