Receives, analyses the necessary documentation (application) for the environmental integrated license/permit and manages the procedure of issuing the integrated environmental permit for projects, for new installations and “existing installations/activities specific to IPPC, according to MO 860/2002 and MO 818/2003

35 applications are submitted at LAEP for primary analyses

other 65 applications for issue the integrated permit are programmed for submitted until the end of March 2005.

•14 integrated environmental licenses have been issued up to the present: 1 for a slaughterhouse, 11 for waste landfills, 1 for modernization of a farm for intensive rearing of poultry and 1 for modernization of a farm for intensive rearing of pigs.
