In 1965, R&D Lab founded as part of PTT. Named ARLA. (Remember Bell Labs)

In 1984, Became Public Corporate and named as Teletaş Telekomünikasyon Endüstri A.S.

Same year, System-12 digital exchange licenses were bought from Alcatel Bell and System-

12 R&D & Manufacturing activities started in Teletas.

In 1988 Alcatel Teletas was the first Turkish company in IMKB stock exchange.

In 1993, Teletaş became an important R&D unit of Alcatel’s telecom activities.

Alcatel Lucent Teletas has %35' share at IMKB stock exchange. The rest -% 65 is owned

by Alcatel N.V.
