The entire crew on board is one of the most experienced staff you will find. They are well acquainted with the diving spots and know the daily/weekly changing conditions, which can make of enchanting diving spots the one day a mediocre experience the other day. For this reason the final route (and the choice and sequence of the spots) is usually planned in the days before the trip starts. This way the best possible diving experience can be offered to you, as the current conditions, visibility and reports from other ships / hotels can be considered.
