Our typicalproducts: oranges, grapes and indian

figs.

The wheelbarrow is wooden and pulled by a horse or a donkey. Ithas got two big wheels and it can carry things or people. It isdecorated by hard colours and bypictures that action ancientstories of Sicilian Folklore

La “rietina” is a typical sicilianevent .

It is in august during“The virgin of the help”

festivity. La“rietina” is a parade of

wheellborrow .They go round the streets

with local folkoristic groups .

“Pupi Siciliani” are typical characters ofSicilian theatre.They represent the heroic and knightstories.

The “Pupi” are very beautiful puppetsmade by hands that represent the actionsof the knights of Carlo Magno andRolando.
