3Guidelines for IT For Jobs

1• 1 Cr students from smaller towns & villages will be trained

for IT sector jobs over 5 years.

2• BPOs would be set up in every north-eastern state to

facilitate ICT enabled growth in these states

3• 3 lakh service delivery agents would be trained as part of

skill development to run viable businesses delivering IT services.

4• 5 lakh rural workforce would be trained by the Telecom

Service Providers (TSPs) to cater to their own needs.

The Digital Saksharta Abhiyan (DISHA)Scheme has been

formulated to impart IT training to 52.5 lakh persons and to

make them employable

Deity has proposed to initiate a BPO Centres in Guwahati and Shillong and also at some other destinations like Ahmedabad, Kochi, Bhubaneshwar, Thiruvananthapuram, Chandigarh etc.

Rojgar Duniya Portal is providing more than 700 jobs in Nagpur in various areas like Maintenance, Industrial, Construction, mechanical, medical, sales, steno etc.

The Digital Saksharta Abhiyan (DISHA) Scheme is working to impart IT training to Rural Youth. So far 31,378 people have been enroled in 23 states.

This Pillar going to help future engineers, when companies like Apple, Google, Qualcomm, Microsoft & many more will invest in India, and hence there will be more job opportunities created
