CROSS COUNTRY – WEDNESDAY, 24th JUNE 2020

Cross Country will be held for Years 1-6 on Wednesday the 24th June, weather permitting.

Due to the current CoVid restrictions, parents will be unable to attend the event. Please

remember to send your child in their faction shirt, hat and drink bottle on the day.

STEM WEBSITE LAUNCH

A new website has been launched to inform students, parents and teachers about

STEM. It can be found at https://www.take2stem.wa.gov.au/index.html.

Brookman is a leading school in STEM and when restrictions ease, we will have

visiting teachers back on site to showcase our programs.

SWIMMING LESSONS

With the easing of restrictions, we are still hoping to go ahead with swimming in

Term 3, during weeks 5 and 6. At the end of this term we will be sending out

notices and payment options that will be required by the end of week 1 on the

24th July. Swimming lessons are for all students from PP to Year 6. The costs are

based on pool entry and the bus. There are limited numbers so any forms handed

in after the due date will be placed on a wait list.

C6 – ENTERPRISE FUNDRAISER

Our year 5/6 students had a successful day

implementing their business ideas to raise money for

charity. Thank you to everyone who supported. Over

$250 was raised for the Smith Family a national charity

helping young Australians.
