La serie RAP è una gamma di riduttori ad assi parallelidi media potenza costruita secocndo criteri pratici chesoddisfano le esigenze di innumerevoli applicazioni.Questi riduttori sono caratterizzati dall’adozione di unacarcassa in ghisa meccanica ad alta resistenza, adeccezione del RAP 90-100-110-130 in ghisa sferoidalespianata e forata su quattro lati per consentirne ilmontaggio in tutte le posizioni illustrate a catalogo.Mantenendo inalterata la struttura sono state previstedue e tre riduzioni, oltre alle varie esecuzioni nelle qualipossono essere forniti i riduttori.La possibilità di installare l’antiretro estende ulteriormenteil campo di applicazione di questi gruppi le cui doti diversatilità e robustezza soddisfano ampiamente leesigenze di una tecnologia più evoluta.Le nuove prestazioni di coppia (gr 100 ÷ 130) sono dovutealle geometrie della dentatura ridisegnate, ai cuscinettirinforzati, alla cassa in ghisa sferoidale UNI GS 400-12.

RAP is a range of medium and large capacity parallelshaft gearboxes manufactured according to pratical ruleswhich comply with the requirements of innumerableapplications.The caracteristic of these gearboxes in the use of a highstenght cast iron housing, spheroidal cast iron for RAP90-100-110-130, which is flat and machined on 4 sidesin order to allow assembly in the positions indicated inthe catalogue.Keeping unchanged the structure, RAP gearboxes areavailable with 2 and 3 reductions, as well as differentversions.The possibility of a built-in anti-run back device extendsultimately the application field of these units, whosecharacteristics of sturdiness and versatility largely complywith the requirements of a more developed technology.Upgraded torque ratings for gearboxes size 100 ÷ 130are due to redesigned gears, reinforced bearings andnew material, namely spheroidal cast iron UNI GS 400-12, for housings of better quality and stiffness
