Gervonder Brown, a native of Charleston, SC is the eldest daughter of Gerod & Eartha Brown and sister to Gerod, Jr. and Jarred Brown of Charleston. Gervonder can be described as a fireball of energy, enthusiasm and excitement! She is a Geechee-Gullah girl that uses comedic elements and life experiences to engage and relate to her audience which has caused her to be a well sought after speaker, instructor and host. When Ms. Brown is not working as the Executive Assistant to Superintendent of Schools (Fairfield County), Dr. J.R. Green, she can be found traveling the state sharing the Geechee-Gullah heritage as “Island Gal” or working as a mentor with the Elite Ladies of Fairfield County, a mentoring program for young ladies in the District in grades 7 -12. Gervonder holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Winthrop University and is a 2013 graduate of Full Gospel School of Ministry.
