Software innovation ISG3400 series

Two new parameter modes for the ISG3400 software will come in middle of January. Both parameter modes are for NON ThermoGrip shrink-fit holder, the first for the standard (X) geometries, the second for slim (XSF) geometries.

Attention:You will overheat / destroy ThermoGrip shrink-fit holders with that parameter mode!

Software innovation ISG3400 series

To heat up several shrink-fit holder in series, the operator can now interrupt the cooling process by pressing the STOP-button. This software change will come in middle for January 2013.This software change will be in the STARTER machine like ISG2400TLK (market launch March 2013), ISG3400TLK and ISG3400TLK-WS.

1. Insert the tool holder extension together with tool adapters HSK-A632. Place the shrink-fit holder as shown in Image 3. Plug in the inverse coil 4. Position the stop block shown in Image 2(top shrink-fit holder = top inverse coil)5. Select "inverse shrinking" in the menu
