Enrollment Update
• Current total: 1137 Enrollments Received• Current approved: 671• Total in August 12 start: 430• Late start #1, Monday the 25th – another 200• Last start #2, Monday the 9th – predict 100
Engagement 13-14• Engagement is up as compared to start of year
12-13.• Study Island custom assessment participation is
already doubled by October 2012.• Course participation and progress rates are
higher than this time last year.• Contributors:– Face to Face enrollment conferences– ILP requirement– Staff contact and support
3-week Compliancy
• Data on each student for 3 week compliancy in school– Completed assessments– Adequate course progress/log-in time in classes– Completion of ILP and orientation
– Students contacted by advisor, teachers, and admin prior to WD in attempt to engage.
– Student WDs for those not compliant will occur next week for those from first start
– 5 % (30) of students are currently falling into this category of WD risk.
