On the other hand, smaller and medium-sized businesses will contribute 40% to the public cloud services spending total. Cloud Services Market The Internaonal Data Corporaon’s "Worldwide Semiannual Public Cloud Services Spending Guide" indicates public cloud services spending will expand at a 19.4% compound annual growth rate – almost six mes the rate of overall IT spending growth. Revenue from worldwide public IT cloud services are esmated to reach $127 billion by 2018, with emerging markets responsible for 21% of that number.
