Irish Flooring Products have been to the forefront of the flooring industry in Ireland for

over 15 years now. We have extensive experience and knowledge covering all sectors of flooring, from large-

We are an Irish company, supporting Irish jobs, and we also manufacture both Euronose Stairnosings and

Crannog Solid Wood Profiles at our premises in Roscommon. We continue to offer next-day delivery anywhere

Square Edge / J Trim - Gives a neat edge to butt against other flooring or fireplaces and door

frames. Allows adequate expansion internally (when fitted correctly). Protects edge of laminate floor-

ing. No Screws or fixings required as the floor holds the trim in place.

Square edge is available in 8mm, 10mm, 15mm and 20mm thicknesses to cover all scenarios.

Doubledge / Double Square Edge - Normally used in a doorway threshold. The base plate of the

section is loose fitted underneath the laminate/wood allowing space for expansion. Feathered top

section which avoids creating a tripping hazard. No fixings or adhesives required, the floor holds the

trim in place.

Doubledge is available in 8mm and 15mm

Roundedge is used to protect the edge of laminate/wood flooring boards and ceramics when finish-

ing against a low profile floorcovering such as vinyl.The base plate returns underneath the floor after

being cut to size, allowing the specified space expansion. No fixing is required as the flooring holds

the profile in place, and any expansion or movement is not inhibited. No fixings or adhesives

required, the floor holds the trim in place.

rows of teeth hold the carpet firmly to allow stretching with a knee kicker. The profile is easily cut

with a hacksaw at time of installation. Available in 2 colours - Gold and Chrome.

Primarily fixed using steel nails, naplocks can also be screwed or glued down to the subfloor.

profile with a raised base and an attractive reeded finish on top.

variance. It allows different levels of flooring to be joined and protected in an

attractive and lasting manner. Zig Zag gives a neat transition between laminate

/ tiles / smooth flooring and a carpet installation.

To ensure a good fit the top section should be lightly dressed down using a

rubber mallet after installation of floors.

- Zbar is available in 9mm, 15mm, and 19mm variants in the range

Adjustable Height Cover Strip

This profile forms a profile system with a smooth surface where no securing screws are visible. They

can be used as edging for laminate and parquet floors or as junctions to other types of flooring. They

can also be used to hide any other junctions or expansion joints.

Made from aluminium with anodised surface finishes in gold, silver, bronze, and champagne, as well

as with decorative wood finishes in the form of PVC foil in light maple, maple, beech, oak, antique

oak, rustic oak, kempas, cherry and merbau.

The profiles are clipped onto plastic plugs inserted into pre-drilled holes at regular intervals.

- Accommodates height differences of up to 10mm

- Suitable for use with any type of floor

- Hidden fixings

- Child safe - no protruding screws

Can ramp up to a 10mm drop between floors. Profiles automatically adapt to the height of the floor-

ing without any need for fine adjustment. The plastic plugs are flexible enough to compensate for

height differences in optimum fashion. The profiles themselves lay very flat and harmoniously match

heights with any flooring, e.g. at junctions between two flooring materials in a doorway. The smooth

surface of the profiles without annoying screws provides the perfect edging for any floor. Profiles are

also available with self-adhesive backing to eliminate need for plastic plugs.

These profiles require no specific maintenance. Any dirt can be removed using normal cleaning

materials. However, the cleaning materials must be free of hydrochloric or hydrofluoric acid, and

should not scratch the surface.

This profile is a slightly raked back nosing, however it can still be used on any right angled edge.

The top section is fluted to provide grip. The profile ships with a self adhesive backing as standard

but for extra secure fixing it can be drilled on request.

Curve Profile - Clip Top Flexi Edge. Use this profile to join two floors where the transition is curved

rather than straight. The curve can also be fitted at a slight angle, allowing it to accommodate height

difference in floors - max 6mm. The profile comes in 25mtr coils but is charged in metres. This

allows you to complete any transition with one piece, avoiding unsightly joins!

Clip Top has several distinct advantages: One profile covers many situations. Installation is easy and

neat.

- Bend in cold state up to radii of 60 cm / 23-5/8"; bend in warm state up to radii of 30 cm / 11-

13/16".

- Waterproof and can therefore be used in wet zones.

- Can be used for a variety of flooring thicknesses - therefore suitable for: carpets, parquets, lami-

nates, linoleum, tiles, etc.

For the installation of conventional woven or secondary jute back carpets in light traffic areas.

Metallised gold foil instead of the regular crepe paper backing reduces heat loss into the floor, giving

a faster adhesive melt rate when the iron is applied, and a faster seaming speed if required

The foil also slows down the adhesive cooling rate, allowing more working time for pattern matching

etc. Overall it allows better control at lower temperatures for sensitive carpet piles and backings.

Gripperrods Seamwell - Paper Backed Contract Heat Seam Tape

Conventional woven or secondary jute backed carpets and Action-Bac This tape offers an

adhesive formulation and weight designed for high traffic installations and particularly for more

difficult backings such as Action-Bac. The adhesive system is designed specifically to achieve

good overall contact with these more rigid, uneven textured backings.

Tremco SF110 MultiPurpose: is a very low VOC, solvent free, water-based, synthetic latex (SBR)

aerosol form it is simple to use, extremely quick to apply and effective. Provides a conveniently

packed heavy duty adhesive which requires no mixing or extensive preparation, is easy to apply and

keeps long after more conventional glues have passed their shelf-life.

Tremco SF520 (5020) is a high strength, flexible, single component advanced polymer adhesive for

bonding wood floors including wood blocks, wood mosaic panels, engineered, laminated and solid

wood plank/strip flooring. Use over most common substrates, sand/cement screeds, concrete, calci-

um sulphate screeds, stone, metal, timber and epoxy membranes. Not suitable for wood flooring with

Tremco SF115 is specially developed for contact bonding of a wide range of floor coverings

including: rubber tiles and sheet, vinyl and cork, rubber nosing, PVC nosings and covings.

Extra strong bond. Extended working life. Suitable for the widest range of floor coverings. Fast

drying but good 'open time'. The dry bond does not support combustion.

SprayFix and Sta-Fixt are different formats of the same high end contact adhesive manufactured

in the UK. SprayFix bonds to most materials including concrete, slate, brickwork, stone, ceramics,

Tremco Rapide Resin Floors Ultra Fast Curing Methacrylate Flooring

Tremco illbruck have many years experience at resolving issues with floors in factories, hospitals, laboratories, kitchens and more. The Rapide

range can be trafficked after as little as two hours meaning that downtime is minimised. The floors are both functional and decorative, and the

same systems can even be applied to walls by specialist contractors.

The systems are often scattered with quartz aggregate or with flakes to provide different decorative finishes. The quartz system provides a

more slip resistant surface than the flake systems. The methacrylate technology permits traffic after only two hours whereas conventional

polyurethane or epoxy systems may take up to two days to cure. The chemical resistance of the Rapide system is also outstanding

The Tremco Rapide System can be used on dry or damp concrete, ceramic tiles, quarry tiles, and even asphalt; however, existing floor coatings

need to be completely removed.

Treadfast CS120 Epoxy Primer/ DPM is based on a blend of water based epoxy resin and curing

This product is used under cementitious screeds to provide a low level DPM to reduce the porosity

The Flexorand Speedbinder is an easy to use edge binder that uses pre-fabricated tapes to bind and finish cut edges of carpets and

rugs. Speedbinder is designed to be used onsite, where the machine is moved around the perimeter of the material, making for easy

finishing of large or awkward pieces. Alternatively the Speedbinder can be mounted and used at normal working height on a table or

the specially made workbench available from Flexorand.

The Speedbinder is manufactured By Flexorand in Germany, and has been continually improved and developed for over 20 years to

give ease of operation and consistent reliable results. Skirting strips are specifically catered for, with separate adhesive applicator

and roll winding parts available to mount on the Speedbinder table unit.

General Use SS100: offers excellent grip in most foot traffic areas, including stairs, steps, shop

fronts, vehicles, machinery and floors etc that are likely to get contaminated with water. Easily cut to

size using scissors or a sharp knife. Suitable for indoor or outdoor use.

Chequer Plate SS400: Designed to offer anti slip protection on uneven surfaces. A very strong

adhesive ensures a near permanent bond on surfaces such as chequer plate or any clean, uneven

surface. The backing is constructed from a soft aluminium foil base and

then top coated with a thick spread of aluminium oxide grit. Porous steps

should be treated with a primer before installation. Use a rubber

mallet to conform / mould the material to the substrate.

Luminous SS500: Ideal for use in areas with little light. Avoid tripping over

Euronose Tile Stairnosing Jumbo - 35mm Wide

Designed for business and public buildings. The application is recommended for where a high level of foot traffic is to be expect-

ed. Designed to be - resistant to stresses, anti slip and to be visually appealing. The profiles were designed so that the tread sur-

faces can be replaced. Thus optimum safety can be provided at all times. The edges of the stairs are also permanently protect-

ed.All versions correspond to the maximum safety standards. The stair profiles are also authorised for application in working

areas with skid risk. The profiles consist of an aluminium carrier profile and PVC tread. The invisible base section is made of hard

PVC, the slide-blocking surface of soft PVC. Width is of 35 mm. The profiles are tightly imbedded into the lining, the tread sur-

faces however, can be replaced with the appearance of wear. Protects the front edge of the stairs but also visually enhances the

staircase. Provided with a 5-year guarantee on the PVC-Top.

Euronose Tile Stairnosing Standard - 25mm Wide

Designed for light commercial and domestic use the standard profile is provided with a complete insert of PVC and have an anti-

skid tread surface. The tread surfaces can be replaced with the appearance of wear. Euronose standard tile stairnosings not only

protect the front edge of the stairs but also visually enhance the staircase. The standard profiles are provided with a 5-year guar-

antee on the PVC-Top.

The profiles consist of an aluminium carrier profile and a PVC lining. The invisible bottom part is made of hard plastic, the anti-

skid surface of soft plastic. The width of the profile is of 25 mm.

The Euronose standard profiles were developed for the application in areas which are of reduced use. This includes domestic

areas and smaller size offices. The profiles are resistant against chemical stresses which generate during the laying of tiles.

Damages by bending or scratching are improbable in case of normal use.

Pre formed angles are used to give a neat finish on the exterior facing edge of stairs.

Used in conjunction with Euronose Stairnosings, the angles cover the raw visible edge of

the flooring and complete the finish. Acting as a protective edge to the flooring they are

both functional and visually appealing.

ES10 is an extremely versatile nosing, suitable for use in almost any situation. The beveled front

means the profile can be applied to all three types of stair - 90 degree, raked back or bullnose.

The rear of the nosing has three distinct height possibilities: 3mm sheet flooring can be slipped

underneath and up to 7mm flooring can be butted to the back, making this a truly versatile all round

nosing.

The profile is available in pre cut 1.25 mtr sections only, and comes with a pre-drilled base and ‘lock

in’ insert, applied after the profile has been fitted. The advantage here is that the fixings are hidden.

Please note: we do not recommend ES10 for use in high traffic commercial / public areas.

Non Slip Stair Inserts

Non - Slip stair treads are rebated into timber stairs and provide a neat non-slip finish. Rather than

using a stair nosing which can spoil the look of a wooden stairs, the treads can are fitted into the

stairs and maintain the attractive appearance.

Manufactured from the same material used in our Euornose stairnosings, these non slip treads will

give a lifetime of use.

Although any of the four dimensions listed above can be applied, we recommend using the 38mm

wide x 4mm treads as they are most suitable.

Non Slip treads are available in all of our Standard insert colours

Capping seals are usually used in conjunction with cover formers to provide a

decorative, neat finish where resilient floorcoverings are dressed up the wall to

form a skirting.

Used to join wall tiles and sheet flooring, where the flooring is continued up the

wall in place of a skirting. The profile is fitted at time of tile installation and the

sheet floor is slipped into the trim at time of floor installation.

Cove formers are used to provide support to sheet flooring when the flooring is

run up the wall instead of fitting a skirting.

PVC skirting profiles are used in any number of situations. They are durable and

provide a long lasting and attractive finish when correctly installed. PVC Skirting

profiles are available in two options:

- Set In: The profiles are fitted to the floor and butted and welded to resilient

floorcovering to provide an impervious seal. Used with resilient floorcoverings -

vinyl, linoleum and anti static.

- Sit On: Fitted over most hard floorcoverings for a neat finish, the profile is stuck

on top of the existing flooring.

Diminishing Strips are used to reduce the a difference in height between floors,

along protruding flooring profiles or transitions, and at the back of stairnosings.

The diminishing height dramatically reduces the risk of a tripping hazard created

by these transitions.

Handywrap film is a highly versatile film for wrapping, covering, bundling and collating even awk-

ward shaped products. Handywrap does not have a sticky side and will therefore never leave a
