Message from the Correspondent

I am too happy to know that the IQAC, a change agent, of our college will be releasing “ IQAC Newsletter”, a biannual publication, as a quality enhancement measure.

I have no doubt that this issue will be a treasure house of academic activities that are well planned, intelligently designed and diligently implemented with an eye on quality enhancement and maintenance. The first issue will carry such quality related activities pertaining to the period from June to December 2012 of this academic year.

This publication, will definitely picturise clearly the educational services being rendered to the students and the society by the college. Let me applaud the IQAC of our college for its sincere attempt in releasing “ IQAC Newsletter”.

Message from the Secretary

Dr.V.S.Veluswamy M.Sc., M.Phil., Ph.D.,SECRETARY

I am glad to know that the IQAC of our college has been playing a pivotal role in promoting quality embedded activities in the campus. The intended release of a biannual ”IQAC Newsletter” by the Cell is one of the steps taken to improve the performance of the college. The functioning of the college with reference to the seven criteria (as identified by NAAC) between June and December 2012, will be highlighted in the first Volume. It is no doubt a catalytic action on the part of the IQAC to prompt the institution in making continuous improvement in quality. If the IQAC publishes newsletters periodically capsulising the active participation of faculty, students, parents, alumni and other stakeholders in the functioning of the college, it will speak volumes of the qualitative educational services being rendered to the students community. I sincerely congratulate the IQAC on its efforts in releasing this unique issue.
