Management Company with a unique

Our office, based at “The Studio” in Hitchin,

provides us with a great location and inspired

space from which to meet our clients.

The team at Invite comprises of event experts

and NHC students, studying key qualifications

relevant to industry. The students & staff

bring knowledge and fresh perspective,

providing the full range of Invite services. We

are rapidly growing and gaining a reputation

for our meticulously planned events and the

team’s passion to provide the best event each

time.

Working within the event industry for many

years, I understand the need for you to have

direct contact, someone who will listen,

understand and support you through the

planning and running of your event. This

is why at Invite we will provide you with a

dedicated Events Manager to work through

the initial brief, budgets, and changes and will

support you on the day.

is individual, creative and organised, running

Management offers a complete event management service.

We can assist in finding your perfect venue, locating accommodation & providing staff, to

supporting your event with great service to suit your budget. We would love to be involved with

your event at any level.

We manage and produce a variety of events, Conferences, Exhibitions, Festivals, Carnivals,

Dinners, Christmas Parties, Opening events, Charity Fun days, Receptions, Meetings.

What we do.

Event Management.INVITE provides total event management, including venue finding, accommodation, design, decor,

catering, entertainment, scheduling, and more. We even provide emotional support!

You will be allocated an event manager, who will be designated to work with you and your team from

the initial briefing, budget planning, concept development and proposal, to the final post event de brief.

We listen, so we understand your requirements and work in close partnership, to offer a great service

experience that ensures your event is brought to life and remembered for the right reasons.

Our event team can create, organise, and manage events that represent the unique individuality of your

company. We can offer as much or as little support as you like.

Free Venue Finding Service: We offer a free of charge service to help you in finding the right venue for your event. We will go the

extra mile to provide you with the right venue, in the right location at the right price, saving you time and

providing a unique venue that ensures your event brief, ensuring your vision is captured.

Free Accommodation Finding Service: Our hotel accommodation finding service is impartial and completely free of charge.

Whether you are looking for a boutique hotel or budget accommodation, a one night stay near the office

or group booking for a celebration, we offer a comprehensive selection of hotels reflecting your location

and budget, with the same level of commitment and service.
