• Patient appointment volumes have improved each month since the peak of COVID-19 to date, from a 40 percent year/year decline in April to a 13 percent decline in September.
• Prosthetics remain highly resilient while orthotics recovered significantly in Q3
• Product & Services segment revenue declined 9.7 percent in Q3 compared to Q3 2019. This reflected significant improvement from the 24.7 percent decline reported in Q2.
• YTD 2020: Patient Care segment declined 11.2% on a same clinic day-adjusted net basis, revenue from prosthetics decreased 6.6%, while orthotics revenue declined by 16.3%.
