The company is partnering with 5 different village unions
(KUD) in order to develop plasma plantation of palm trees
and to promote the villages where the plantations are
located.
Those village unions (KUD) are Entity Under Common
Control with the company
35% of shared-profit to all farmers.
Planted palm : 5923Ha Plasma area : 2423Ha Mature Hectares (TM) : 1150Ha Immature Hectares (TBM) : 4850Ha
New plantings are going forward at approximately 2100ha per year.

The geographical location of this plantation is well situated, near with jetty and this keeps transport costs low.
Ground level of plantation area is flat, Average total rainfall per year is 2,500 mm well distributed throughout the year with a short two month dry season.
Terracing has been implemented as a standard policy, leguminous cover crops have been planted and the land is well drained with no significant drainage problems.
The first company in South Kalimantan to gather plasma plantation with nucleus plantation in one concession.
There is a jetty. There are main roads, collection roads, having bridges where required.
The plantation is divided into blocks for efficient management.
