Investigation methods on obstetrics and gynecology consists:

Special (main): Questioning, the general checkup and collection anamnesis.

Checkup medicine to be taken externally sexual organ.

Checkup on mirror. Bimanual vaginal study. Multifunction recto-vaginal-abdominal study.

Additional:

Bacterioscope - smear on degree of the purity, dab on hormonal saturation, oncocytology.

Tests of the functional diagnostics – “pupil of an eye” and “fern” symptoms, measurement absal temperature, radioimmunal method of the determination hormone in shelters.

Flexing of uterus cavities - for determination of the position of the uterus, directions and lengths of uterus cavities, presence submucose nodes, polyp and determinations to anomalies of the development.

Bacteriological study - sowing on secondary flora of any pathological material from sexual organ (the vaginal separation, menstrual blood, material from uterus cavity, the contents to punctures of the back code, operating material i.e. liquid, pus, bit fabric).

means of optical device (with Gisteroscop). Laparoscope - checkup organ to abdominal cavity and

small pelvis by optical instrument (the laparoscop), which is entered in abdominal cavity in condition operating.

Overview X-ray picture to abdominal cavity and small pelvis. Gisterosalipingografy - an X-ray contrast study of the uterus

and uterine pipes (salpinx). R-ray skull and Turkish turned gray - for diagnostics of

pathology of the brain and offshoot pituitary gland. Computer tomography. Limfography, fistulography. Palpacion of mammary glands and mammagraphy.

Indications:

a) suspicion on presence of the free liquid in cavities of the small pelvis;

b) suspicion on ectopic pregnancy under ill-defined expressed clinical picture;

c) suspicion on presence of the cancer of the gonad with ascits;

d) for the reason determinations of the place of the cut under colpotomy;

e) in events of the difficult differential diagnostics of the liquid formation in small pelvis.

Indication: evacuation fester from abscess

or liquids from retrouterine (Duglasov) space

Other methods:

USI (the ultrasonic study organ small pelvis) - method of the diagnostics of the three-dementional formation in small pelvis, is produced by special device with sensor.

Colposcope —

it is produced before gisterosalpingography or as separate method of the diagnostics for determination of the contrasting pathological formation in small pelvis or in abdominal cavity (intrauterin spiral, calcinats, dermoid cysts).

Histerosalpingography —

this is a contrasting study to cavities of the womb and uterine pipes with use only water рентгено-contrasting solution
