Steven John … Steven is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of AmeriPride Services, a leading textile services and supply company in North America. As a part of AmeriPride’s executive leadership team, Steven is responsible for the overall leadership of the Information Systems Team, enhancing the customer experience and accelerating the company’s growth strategy through digital innovation and technology. He was selected as a ‘Premier 100 IT Leader’ by Computerworld Magazine in 2006 and was presented the CIO Executive Council’s Leadership Award in 2008. He was also recognized by Information Week in 2010 as an industry innovator for his work implementing cloud solutions. John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Utah and completed graduate work at Temple University.

Corky Valenti … Corky has 30-plus years of consulting and leadership experience in strategic communications, marketing and technical communications, and training design and develop-ment for technology organizations. He currently manages IT communications for Asurion, the global leader in device protection and personal technology support. He was previously a VP at JPMorgan Chase, where he headed internal communications for Commercial Banking Risk. Before that, he was Assistant VP, IT Communications for Chubb Corporation, responsible for leading strategic internal and external communications and providing support for the Global CIO. Corky became involved with RLF in 2004 and graduated from the program in 2007. He completed the Hartford LDR program in 2009 and received the Friend of RLF Award in 2012.

LEADERSHIP FOR LIFE

The number of facilitators will depend upon the size of the 2018 class. Scheduled facilitators include:

Ricky John … Ricky has served as an RLF facilitator since returning from the Middle East and Asia where he served Kellogg, Brown & Root (KBR) in a challenging high-powered environ-ment, providing training and education to American, Iraqi and Afghan personnel as part of KBR’s support of the global war on terrorism. He has trained thousands in group and individual sessions and is a speaker on “Principle Based Leadership in a Multicultural Environment,” “Ethical Behavior as a Guiding Principle,” “Active Listening” and “Making a Lasting Difference in the Lives of Others.”
