ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

I give my gratitude, recognition and, appreciation to all of my past spiritual teachers. Through your teachings, you have helped me to reach beyond what I thought possible, and taught me that standing in my truth, however uncomfortable that may be, is the most important lesson of all. I will be forever grateful for the gifts you have given me.

INTRODUCTION

As soon as you trust yourself, you will know how to live. —Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

This workbook has been created as a compliment to Intuition on Tap. You can use this workbook as a companion and a friend, to support you as you follow the processes and the exercises throughout the book.

As reading Intuition on Tap is an experiential journey, I felt it was important to provide you with the space and the room to record your findings, discoveries, epiphanies, realizations and amazing experiences. Now you can have them all in the same place, and close at hand.

I have found in my own journey, that when I have an incredible meditation, or a spiritual understanding come through, I have thought I would never, ever forget it. My experience was so powerful and so potent. As time goes by, however, the event seems to lessen, to fade, little by little, until all that remains is a softening memory. After one such experience, a vision quest, I actually had the symbolic expression of my amazing realization tattooed on my wrist so I would never, ever forget what I had learnt about myself. I certainly don’t recommend you get tattooed, but for me this was appropriate and at the same time challenging, and seemed to complete and anchor in my spiritual process.

I don’t want this to happen to you, to forget who you are and what you have discovered about yourself through the processes in this book, and so that is why I strongly encourage you to use this workbook honestly and completely. I can assure you, the workbook is a much easier choice, and much less painful than a tattoo!

If you utilize the workbook you will have your own history or herstory readily available to you, to access whenever you choose. There is nothing more rewarding then reading over what you have written or discovered. As a consequence of the business and every day tasks of your life, it may become less front of mind for you. If you have your Companion Workbook to reference, you will always have your epiphanies easily accessible for years to come.

The Companion Workbook provides you with enough room to write down your results of the exercises and also to be a little creative at the same time. There are inspirational quotes from Intuition on Tap, tips and, guidance to keep you on track. There are also some additional questions and areas that are not included in the original text, Intuition on Tap for you to enjoy. These are my gifts to you.

The writing of Intuition on Tap and the Companion Workbook have been an exercise in courage and conviction for me. Courage to expose my points of view and personal realisations for all to see, and conviction that I am taking this risk so that you may in turn, realise just how divine, unique and sovereign you are. I, as your fellow traveler, acknowledge your courage, strength, and spirit for taking this journey. Travel deep and well.

If you are interested in pursuing more of your intuitive skills and have a desire to work in the spiritual industry professionally, then this book will give you a taste of the Internationally Accredited Intuitive Dynamix™ Training with me. THE HEART CENTER VIP (VERY INTUITIVE PERSON) COMMUNITY AND FORUM

Sometimes when your intuitive abilities awaken, it can be quite scary to find the people around you don’t quite understand what you’re going through. This is one of the main intentions for creating the online community The Heart Center and Forum, where you can become a VIP (Very Intuitive Person) member and connect and share with like-spirited people who will understand you and the processes you are learning. If you become a member of the VIP forum, you will be able to discuss the exercises and topics of this book and your experiences within each chapter. There will be other students to share with, and you will have access to me and my expertise. Visit http://www.heidisvision.com for more information.

PART ONE

Remember, you are your own god, goddess, angel, and guide, all rolled into one beautiful, heart-centered human package. You are your own higher self and your own teacher. You are your own star, galaxy, and universe. The moment you know this to be true is the moment you know—truly know—who you are and what you are capable of.—Heidi Jane, Intuition On Tap

CHAPTER ONE

The Journey Begins

To begin to develop your intuition, reach a place of self-awareness and understanding let’s start with some simple reflective exercises.

What is an intention?

An intention is an aim or plan expressed through words, both verbally and written. If you feel that your initial intention no longer resonates with you after a while, then please go through the process again, creating a new intention that is more in alignment with where you are.

Creating an Intention Exercise

To create an intention write down a list of all the things you choose to create and receive through this process.

Page 14: Intuition On Tap Workbook - by Heidi Jane

I N T U I T I O N O N TA P WO R K B O O K

2

When you have your list, cut it down into the main points and start to create a short, succinct sentence that is easy to remember. Please don’t create an intention that seems unrealistic to you now, as every time you read this or state it, your mind will say “that’s not true” or “no you cant” or “you’re lying to yourself”. Your intention must be believable to you.

You may like to start the statement with, “My clear and strong intention is . . .”

Page 15: Intuition On Tap Workbook - by Heidi Jane

I N T U I T I O N O N TA P WO R K B O O K

3

Here are some examples to get you started.

“My clear and strong intention is to live abundantly and joyously. I am thankful for the healing I bring to this world as I walk upon my spiritual path.”

“My clear and strong intention is to experience love, abundance, and joy.”

After you have settled on your intention statement then write it here. You may have more than one.

Planning your Intention Ceremony

Utilize the intention statement you have already created with words, to guide you in your ceremony.

In an expression of intent, or an intention ceremony, you use focus, to define your intent. The objects you choose can symbolize your intent and can help to manage your focus.

My intention for the ceremony is:

In your ceremony, choose objects that are meaningful to you and represent your intent. These may be objects such as candles, feathers, crystals, leaves, pictures, photographs or incense, for example. You can use whatever you feel drawn to; you are only limited by your own imagination. Using the colors that you also feel best represent your intention can be a powerful addition. For example, if you were to express passion and power you may use the color red and if you were expressing love and compassion you may use pink and green. Use the color that you feel best symbolizes your intention. You may also like to use suitable music to set the mood if you are doing your ceremony indoors.

What will I be adding to my Intention Ceremony?

This is a list of objects I will include in my ceremony:
