- If you have weak points that may bother you mention them in the intro They become an asset

Involve your audience at any time

Chose words and sentences carefully laquo the fact that we are all together here implies that we are interested in learninghellip raquolaquo Irsquom so excited to be here with youhellip raquo

Presentation - Use the stage- Use your hands

in symmetrical movements

- Look at everybody in the room

- Donrsquot look at the screen

Rythm - Pause at

regular intervals

- Make summaries and bridge to next point

- Silence is not a threat

Unexpected events - Never

apologise - Use them

Closing - Summarize using

the audience point of view

- Thank them for having listened to you

- Announce the next thing on the agenda
