If YOU are completing the Student Entry Forms Add Yourself as a Student User with
a different email address than previously used to access the Online System as a
Council/District/Region/State PTA.

Users are People who will complete your online students applications. All Users receive an email invitation to complete student applications.
Who can be a User? • Parent/Guardian • Applicant age 18+ • PTA Volunteer completing
Application and has paper student entry form signed by parent.
Select “Students” & Click “Submit” (All Users are assigned as Students because they will only
complete student applications)

Browse your computer for file then click “Import”

Can’t View Your Student Submissions?
• Communicate with your Local PTA Units to confirm their participation in the online registration process.
• If you know a Local PTA has submitted a registration and you do not see it within 24 hours of completing, contact [email protected] or 703-518-1200 and ask for “Reflections.”

Download PTA Report Includes: Local Unit Registration & Student Entry Information
Step 1. Click “Download PTA Report”
from tool bar.
Step 2. Enter Your 8-digit PTA ID # Click “download report”
Communicate with the next round to confirm your students have advanced.
