2. Press “ FREQ” and Setup “Start” (30MHz), “Stop”(1GHz) frequency on
DSA800
3. Press “BW/Det” and adjust the RBW value to 100KHz

4. Press “AMPT” on DSA800, and Set the Vertical Axis
Units to “dBuV”

6. Press “File” and press ”New” to open a project “test_0”

7. Select “test_0” and go to “Device” to connect PC to Spectrum, as you can see
the green USB Address will be shown on the bottom side of the screen

8. Go to “Scan Config” and select the Limited Line 1 file
( EN55011_CAG1_Radiated_Qpeak_10m.lim )
9. Set the detector as “Peak”, RBW value to “100KHz”,
and select “Clear/Write” when complete

10. Go to “Segment Config” and Setup the frequency sweeping segment
Start from 30MHz to 1GHz, RBW to 100KHz, Sweep time to 0 sec.

11. Use NFP-3 Near Field Probe to approach the left side of DSA800 LCD
Display. ( To inspect the EMI source from CCFL Adaptor of LCD Back
light module)

12. Go to “Measure” and implement the “Pre-Scan”
13. The EMI Spectral Lines are shown on the screen
