Click the “About Me” tab at the top of your screen to complete your Activity Sheet survey.

This must be completed before you request any transcripts.

Click “update” at the bottom of the form to submit it. This survey MUST be

completed before requesting a transcript.

Use these links to sign up for college visits. You will be sent an email if a college on your list is visiting our school.

Click this link for a list of scholarships! The list will be updated as scholarships become available.

Click the “Colleges” tab at the top of your screen.

Click on “colleges I’m applying to” link.Then click on “add colleges to this list”

Type in the name of the college here.

Or choose from the “College Picker” list

Check the box to notify us to send your transcript to the college.

Once you have selected the college, the name will appear in the box.

Indicate whether or not you have completed your application.

Click “Add Colleges” to add them to your list.

Choose the Common App option if the college accepts it.

You MUST complete the Common App Account Matching step so that all documents can be sent

electronically. Be absolutely sure to enter the email address you used to create your common app

account!

Use this link if you forgot to check the Transcript Request box (shown on slide 9) when adding the college to your list.

“Pending” will be changed to “mailed” once the transcript has been sent.

You MUST first ask the teacher in person to write you a letter of

recommendation.

Select teacher from the dropdown.Personal note is NOT optional. Use this space to thank the teacher and let them know how you are applying-

specify Common Application or school application.

You do NOT need to request a letter from your counselor. This will be done automatically when

we send your school documents.

and password with your parents • Complete your Activity Sheet as soon

as possible• Wait to do teacher recommendation

requests in Naviance until after Tuesday, Sept. 22.

• You MUST match your common app account to your Naviance account.
