Login Page

When you first launch the iAuditor app you will be asked for a username and Password.

1. Tap in the first cell to enter your username. Your username will be the same e-mail address that you use to access the web software.

2. Tap in the next cell to enter your password. This will be the same password that you use for the web software.

4. Tap on the Continue button. Note: Once you login for the first time iAuditor will remember your credentials.

3. Tap Login and then select the Company you want to connect to. Note: If you only have access to one database it will be selected by default.

Download Audits

To begin auditing you must first download an Audit that has been assigned to your account.

2. Tap on the download button to begin downloading an audit.

3. Once downloaded there will be some new options below the audit name (upload, remove, reports etc.) You can now begin using iAuditor by tapping on the white arrow.

1. Directly below the map you will see all of the audits that have been assigned to you. You can swipe or use the search to find the audit you want to download.

Audit Page

On the Audit page you will see a list of all downloaded Audits.

1. Tap on a audit to view its base information and summary fields.

2. Tap on any field to begin editing or select a drop down. Note: Changes are saved as soon as you tap out of a cell.

3. To view the inventory information of a Audit tap on the white arrow above the Audit information. The white arrow will take you to the Element Page which contains all elements associated with this facility.

Element Page

The inventory page will display all elements that are linked to the facility. Here is where you can update the inventory information and take photos of the elements on site.

1. Element Numbering: Above each element name will be a number in square brackets. ‘1’ indicates that the Element exists in the Audit and ‘0’ indicates that it does not exist.

2. Selecting Elements: To select an element tap on the name. It will appear with a gray highlight and its information will be displayed below.

3. Add/Delete: the controls to add or delete an element are located in the bottom row.

4. Action Information: If an element has a linked action the box to the right of the name will contain a number indicating how many actions are linked. Tap on the white arrow to go to the Action Page.

Action Page

The Action page contains information relating to work (repair, replace, install, study) that needs to be done on the selected element. The Action Cost and Action year fields will form the basis for your capital plan.

1. Action Numbering: In almost all cases you will have a replacement action. However in the case where you have multiple actions linked to an element they will be numbered in the order that they were added.

2. Selecting Actions: To select an action tap on the name. It will appear with a grey highlight and its information will be displayed below.

3. Add/Delete: the controls to add or delete an element are located in the bottom row.

4. Navigate back to Elements: To navigate back to the Element Page use the back button in the top left corner. You’ll notice that this back button also appears on the Element & Audit Page.

Custom details are additional pieces of information on a facility or element that are configured by the client or based on a targeted audit (ex. energy audit).

2. Tap on the black Inventory Details button. This will display the inventory detail fields for editing.

Taking Photos

The Camera button is located on the Bottom toolbar below the Audit, Element or Action information.

2. Photo Menu: Tap on the camera button to take or link a photo.

3. Taking Photos: Tap the red button to take a photo. Once your photo has been taken it will appear below the picture window.

1. Linking Photos to Elements: When on the element page first tap on the element you want to take a picture of. This will link your photo directly to the selected element.

4. Photo Options: To edit photo information double tap on a picture in the bottom bar. This will allow you to add a description, set as default, or delete the photo. 2.

Uploading Audits

Once you have finished your Audit the next step is to upload the Audit to Asset Planner. First use the back buttons to return to the map screen.

1. Tap on the upload button next to the Audit you want to upload.

2. Remove will remove the Audit from your local storage. Note: Do not remove Audits until confirmation of data upload in web interface.

3. BCA/CSV Report will generate a PDF report or excel style grid that can be saved to your device.
