How ERP reduces your Costs?

Cut operations costsSeeing exactly where your money is going is the first step to cutting costs. ERP provides this information both at a summary level and at a detail level. Complete visibility on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis can provide graphical, up-to-the-minute information to allow for timely adjustments.

Less data entry and errorsERP organizes all of your company's information into one, centralized system. This means that there is no need for different departments to re-key information and less need for manual paperwork, thus reducing the potential for errors.

Reduce purchasing costsBy forecasting demand to suppliers, taking better advantage of quantity breaks, and tracking vendor performance with ERP, you can get the best prices from your vendors.

Return on Investment

ERP provides solid, measurable financial benefit within the first year after implementation. Inventory carrying costs decrease due to better planning, tracking and forecasting of requirements. Vendor pricing decreases by taking better advantage of quantity breaks and tracking vendor performance. Collections are turned faster due to better visibility into accounts and fewer billing errors.

In Short we can say that ERP provides: More centralized and efficient operations, with resulting cost savings. Easier integration of new applications and functionality. A more comprehensive and current (real-time or near real-time) view of

the business.
