Plans for Summary of Practices and initiatives for Insights Conference and On-Sites

◼ We gather a large amount of information about practices, which is difficult to cover in any reasonable depth during the insights conference, or even at on-sites.

◼ Last year we introduced the “Key Success Factors” charts to try to summarize some of the practice areas.

Example – New Business Key Success Factors We think we can utilize these charts as a framework to summarize the various process/practice areas into manageable “modules” for presentation.

For the on-sites, we can’t cover all the areas, so we’ll need to discuss them and select a few to cover, rather than trying to cover them all.
