Our Commitment to You: COMPENSATION

1) Base salaryLoan originators earn a fixed weekly base salary calculated on an anticipated 40-hour workweek.

2) CommissionsA percent of target revenues are paid as a commission. The commission structure is subject to certain bonuses and adjustments. Our commissions do NOT have limits! The more you sell, the more you earn! 

3) OvertimeOvertime compensation is calculated on both base salary and commissions earned. (Overtime must be pre-approved by supervisor or department head.) All Loan Originators are non-exempt employees and will be paid overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 a week and in accordance with specific state laws.
