• Reservations without full payment. Non-refundable deposit of 30% of order required.

• A complimentary ticket for your group leader. Groups traveling by bus may receive an additional comp ticket for the bus driver.

• Free, onsite parking is available for both groups traveling together on a bus and those that are arriving separately in individual vehicles.

Church Basement Ladies You Smell BarnFrom the basement to the barn, your beloved Church Basement Ladies are back and getting busy with life outside the kitchen. After the last of the hotdish is served, the coffee pot is emptied, and the Jell-o molds are put away, these steadfast, sturdy women head to their farms, peel off their good girdles, and get on with their daily chores. In between picking eggs, milking cows, and dusting knickknacks, they congregate with some of the other lovable folks who inhabit this rural community: Earl, who delivers the mail up and down Rural Route One; Fergus, the hired man; and Tillie, who chronicles the action for the Fish County Weekly.

Frequently Asked QuestionsWHAT IS THE GROUP MINIMUM?To be eligible for Group benefits, at least 20 paid tickets must be ordered for a specific event. If your Group size falls below 20, discount/comp tickets no longer apply and tickets will be sold to you at full-price.

WHAT IS THE RESERVATION PROCESS?Once you decide on a performance date, seating location, and estimated number, we will put your seats on hold with a 30% non-refundable deposit. Final payment is due 45 days prior to performance date, at which time tickets will be printed and mailed to you—or, you may pick up, if preferred. Call 262-670-0560, ext. 0 to make payment arrangements.

CAN I ADD SEATS TO MY ORDER?You may add seats at any time, but it may not be possible to seat them with your original group. Standard $2 mailing fees apply if tickets are added after your initial order has been mailed.

WHEN CAN I PICK UP TICKETS?Group orders may be picked up Monday–Friday, 11:30 am to 5:30 pm, or Saturday, 11:30 am to 2:00 pm or on day of performance. As a benefit, upon receipt of final payment, your original order will be mailed free of charge.

CAN GROUP TICKETS BE REPRINTED OR EXCHANGED?If you are planning to distribute tickets to your Group prior to arrival, we ask that you please let us know who receives which ticket so that they may easily be reprinted if lost. A list of your seat numbers will be provided with your tickets.Please use the envelope that is enclosed with your tickets to return the completed ‘seat assignment’ form. If you choose not to fill out the form, you may have to wait until the rest of your group is seated before any lost tickets can be reprinted.

WHEN SHOULD WE ARRIVE?Groups should arrive 20–30 minutes prior to the show. We ask that your Group arrive together, if possible, so you can all be seated at the same time.

IS BUS PARKING AVAILABLE?Yes! Have your driver drop off your Group at our front door and we will assist with directions to free bus parking. We ask that you please let us know in advance if you will be arriving by bus so that we can greet you when your Group arrives.

DO I GET COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS? One complimentary ticket is provided for the group tour director. One additional complimentary ticket may be requested for your bus driver.
