1. Capacity • Capacity in hall will be limited to 50% from the hall capacity including registration counter area, exhibition halls, conference halls, loading bays and lobby.
2. Organiser Responsibility • Organiser will update the development of COVID-19 situation before, during and after the event, cleaning and sanitizing the exhibitions area before and after the event everyday.
3. Protocol • Organiser will provide SOP guideline to all staff, vendors, delegations, exhibitors and visitors before and during the event.
4. MySejahtera • Organiser will provide MySejahtera QR Code and all staff, vendors, delegation, exhibitor and visitor MUSTdownload MySejahtera App and register name and mobile number.
5. Health Declaration • Organiser and Venue will provide Health Declaration Document to all vendors and exhibitor.
6. Pre- Registration • Visitor will advise to pre-register before the event. Organiser will provide pre-register portal 2 months before the event.
7. Health Screening • All exhibition halls and loading entrance will be guard by personal to check temperature, MySejahtera, Health Symptoms, mask and sanitize to all staff, vendors, delegations, exhibitors, and visitor during the event.

A parallel digital platform to deliver a mirror event alongside the physical CYDES 2021 in Kuala Lumpur.
It is an application not like Zoom, GotoWebinar or Google Meet etc.
It is a specially designed application or digital platform to ensure exhibitions, its side or complimentary events such as ceremonies, conferences, meetings, B2B networking are mirrored in a virtual form in order for exhibitors and visitors who are unable to attend the physical event as
they would have normally done pre the COVID-19 pandemic.
