Each EC Member will OWN and DRIVE one or more initiatives in the Vision 2020
President • Establish and Guide the Vision 2020 and roadmap
• Align the long term goals with the 2 year (term) vision and roadmap
• Ensure the continuity of vision and roadmap across the terms (2018-19 to 2020-21 etc.)
• Oversee the NRIVA Vision 2020 Program
• Drive the overall planning, execution, resources and provide support to the EC and SC.
EC Lead • Accountable for the Program/Projects Vision, Roadmap, Budget, Planning and Execution
• Build the Standing Committee, Coach and provide Budget, Resources and Leadership support to achieve the accountable programs/projects
• Owns one of more Vision 2020 programs/projects and collaborates with other EC Members
• Drive reviews with Standing Committee Chairs and extend necessary support
SC Chair • Works with the EC Lead in planning and Execution of the Vision 2020 Programs/Projects
• Create details supporting the Vision 2020 in terms of the activities, milestones and budgets
• Conducts weekly, monthly, quarterly conference calls/meetings with the SC and EC Leads
• Maintains the program documentation, plans and operational information
SC Member • Contribute for portion of the program/project, technical, functional, material, deliverables etc.,
• Actively participates and coordinates with the volunteers, as available
