En el hogar existen muchas sustancias capaces de producir una intoxicación.
Los niños son las principales víctimas de las intoxicaciones en el hogar; es preciso implementar una serie de cuidados muy simples para evitar su
contacto con sustancias tóxicas.
¿Cómo se produce la intoxicación?Una intoxicación por una sustancia química se produce por: • Exposición• Ingestión• Inyección• Inhalación • Si el compuesto es natural se le llamara ingesta
excesiva y esto por cualquier sustancia sea natural, química, procesada o creada.
(Oppenheimer, 2016).
Elementos tóxicos en el hogar• Pinturas, barnices, pegamentos• Alimentos procesados• Insecticidas, herbicidas• Detergentes, Cloro, amoníaco• Alfombras, tapicerías• Elementos de PVC• Papeles de pared, vinilos• Aparatos electrónicos,
