How many unemployed people come to this centre to find a job?

In 2010 about two hundred people (205) applied for a job at the province employment center.A small percentage asked for a factory job, while more people applied for a job in the service

sector.

What kind of jobs do people look for? Part-time or full time jobs?

People apply for full-time jobs, fewer people apply for part-

time jobs.

Do I have to speak / write English fluently?

English is the most required language in our region but in our province a small number of firms may require German.

What skills are required?

Usually basic computer knowledge is required but certifications are not so

important in our province.

Which are the most required sectors of employment?

Enterprises primarily operate in the agricultural sector (29%) and in the commercial sector (19%); then construction accounts for

14% and manufacturing for 11%.
