Connecting Schools
OneWeb’s connecting schools initiative dreams of a world where every unconnected school - and there are many! - is connected. To launch this initiative, we dedicated our first six satellites in space to six schools located in remote regions of the world that have no access to fibre connectivity.
Each school has a satellite named in its honour and will enjoy access to OneWeb’s much anticipated global communications network, as well as a close learning partnership with OneWebbers who are dedicated to connecting the unconnected.
