Here is some information about IMM services that may be of value to you. Auction Se~ices IMM acquired an ownership interest in the American firm of Floyd, Johnson & Paine in July, 2004. We are proud to have had a small part in offering over 5,000 lots, mostly ODM, to you last year and sincerely hope you were able to add a piece or two to your coltection. Manuscripts Wanted IMM seeks authors with manuscripts ready for publication now. The subject matter must be in the general area of medal numismatics, military history, or a related area with print run potential of at least 2500 copies. We offer professional editing, formatting, graphic design, international distribution and royalties to our authors. Note: IMM does not compete with OMSA Publications: since society projects historically seldom run more than 500-750 copies. US Campaign Medal Data Base IMM is buitding a data base of numbered US campaign medals in collector hands, Contributions to the data base from your collection would be greatly appreciated. Members wishing to particb pate should forward a list of numbered campaign medals in their collection. In order to maintain confidentiality, medal numbers will be transferred to our data base and original correspondence destroyed. Data base information will be available to collectors free of &arge. US Medal Research IMM will provide medal roll recipient information from the rolls for those requiring it and, in the future, will link many other non compaW data bases of interest to collectors. The Webslte IMM opens an important website February 1, 2005 at www:internationalmeda!sandmilitaria.com. Initially, the site will contain information for authors, the U.S campaign medal data base, and Phase I services. Significant new information and service block will be added as completed, and an online fixed price list will be operational before the end of the year. Watch for consignment notices.
