Display Guidelines and RequirementsInterna onal Associa on of Insurance Professionals will be at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Bloomington - Minneapolis South for exhibit displays. Table booths may not exceed 8’ in height. Display materials should be arranged in such a manner so as not to obstruct sight lines of neighboring exhibitors.

Important Booth Installa on, Dismantling, & Occupancy NotesAll table top exhibits must be set up or dismantled within the specifi ed hours. No exhibits may be erected during exhibit hours. Dismantling must not start prior to the close of exhibit hours. The table top exhibits are 6’ tables. Space not occupied by 4:00 pmon June 4, 2015 will be forfeited and reassigned without refund.

1. Offi cial Exhibit Schedule: See page 10 for details.

2. Show Management: The exhibi on is organized and managed by the Interna onal Associa on of Insurance Professionals (IAIP). Any ma ers not covered in these Rules and Regula ons are subject to the interpreta on of IAIP and their designees, and all exhibitors must abide by their decisions. Exhibitors must comply with the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Bloomington - Minneapolis South procedures. The Show Management shall have full power to interpret, amend, and enforce these rules and regula ons, provided any amendments, when made, are brought to the no ce of exhibitors. Each exhibitor, for himself and his employees, agrees to abide by the foregoing rules and regula ons and by any amendments or addi ons thereto in conformance with preceding sentence.

3. Assignment of Tabletops: Tabletops will be assigned on a fi rst-come, fi rst-served basis to Conven on Sponsors, star ng with the highest levelof sponsorship. General Exhibitors will be assigned by IAIP Show Management. Applica ons without payment will not be processed.

4. Installa on and Dismantle of Exhibit: Show Management reserves the right to fi x the me for the installa on of a tabletop prior to the exhibit hall opening and for its removal a er the conclusion of the exhibit hall. Under no circumstances will the addi on to or removal of any por on of an exhibit be permi ed during exhibit hall hours. All tabletops must remain intact un l the close of the exhibit hall. Installa on must occur only during the installa on mes designated in the offi cial exhibit schedule. Tabletop installa on will begin at 1:30 pm on Thursday, June 4, 2015. All tabletops must be properly installed, fully opera onal and ready no later than 4:00 pm on June 4, 2015. Dismantle may not begin un l a er 1:30 pm on Friday,June 5, 2015, and must be completed by 2:30 pm on June 5, 2015. Early dismantle and/or removal of an exhibit may result in the loss of exhibit privileges for future conven ons. If the offi cial exhibit hall schedule changes, all exhibitors will be no fi ed in wri ng. Exhibitors are expected to make travel arrangements in accordance with the schedule published in the conven on schedule. Each exhibitor will complete arrangements for removal of his or her material from the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Bloomington - Minneapolis South. All material must be packed and ready for shipment by2:30 pm on June 5, 2015. Any material not called for by said me and date will be shipped at the exhibitor’s expense. No one under the age of 18 will be permi ed on the exhibit fl oor during installa on and dismantle hours.

5. Failure to Occupy Space: Space not occupied by the me specifi ed in the offi cial exhibit schedule will be forfeited by exhibitors and their space may be resold, reassigned or used by the exhibit management without refund.

6. Rates, Deposits and Refunds: Space will be rented in accordance with the applica on form. No applica on will be processed or space assigned without full payment. Space must be fully paid for by May 15, 2015. The exhibi ng company may not cancel tabletop a er acceptance by IAIP, except for breach of this contract by IAIP. No refunds will be given. A 100% cancella on fee applies. All cancella ons must be directed in wri ng to: IAIP, 3525 Piedmont Road, Building 5, Suite 300, Atlanta, GA 30305. E-mail: [email protected]. In the event that fi re, strike, or other circumstances beyond the control of the management causes the exhibit to be cancelled, full refund of the exhibit rental fees will be made which is the limit and extent of IAIP’s liability for such cancella on.

7. Arrangements of Exhibits: Any por on of an exhibit that obstructs the view, interferes with the privileges of other exhibitors, extends beyond the designated tabletop space or for any reason becomes objec onable, must be immediately modifi ed or removed by the exhibitor. The show management reserves the right to inspect the quality of the appearance of each tabletop prior to the exhibit hall opening.

8. Tabletop Design: Each exhibitor is responsible for keeping the aisles near its exhibit space free of conges on caused by demonstra ons or other promo ons. All demonstrators or other promo onal ac vi es must be confi ned to the limits of the exhibit space. Suffi cient space must be provided within the exhibit space for the comfort and safety of persons watching demonstra ons and other promo onal ac vi es. Displays should not exceed 8’ in height. Exhibi ng companies are responsible for furnishing and cleaning their tabletops. All exhibits must comply with the public accommoda on provisions of the Americans with Disabili es Act of 1991(ADA).

9. Subleasing of Space: Exhibitors may not assign, sublet or appor on to others the whole or any part of the space allocated, and may not display goods or services other than those manufactured or regularly distributed by them.

10. Conduct: All exhibits will be to serve the interest of the Interna onal Associa on of Insurance Professionals a endees and will be operated in a way that will not detract from other exhibits, the exhibi on, or the mee ng as a whole. Show management reserves the right to request the immediate withdrawal of any exhibit that IAIP believes to be injurious to the purpose of IAIP. Management reserves the right to refuse to admit to and eject from the exhibit building any objec onable or undesirable person or persons. The use of sideshow tac cs or other undignifi ed methods considered by IAIP to be objec onable are expressly prohibited in the exhibi on area and in any mee ng room.

11. Exhibitor’s Personnel: All exhibitors must wear the offi cial Interna onal Associa on of Insurance Professionals badge for exhibit hall admission.All personnel represen ng the exhibitor or his or her agents on the exhibit fl oor during installa on and dismantling must be properly iden fi ed.Each exhibit must be fully opera onal and staff ed during the open exhibit hours. Tabletops should be manned by company specialists who are qualifi ed to discuss details of their company’s products or services. Distribu on of adver sing material and souvenirs must be confi ned to the exhibitor’s tabletop. Canvassing or distribu on of adver sing material or souvenirs in the exhibit hall by representa ves of non-exhibi ng fi rms is strictly forbidden. Selling of merchandise on the exhibit fl oor is strictly prohibited. However, orders may be taken for fulfi llment at the exhibi ng company’s main distribu on center.
