Once a year practitioners, teachers and businesses come together to present an event that will inspire you to health: body,mind and spirit. It’s a celebration of Health, Wellness, Yoga, Fitness & Spirituality in Kamloops & BC Interior: Welcome to the 4thAnnual Interior Wellness Festival.

Featuring free healthy-living seminars and workshops, a vibrant, interactive marketplace; a Healing Gardenand Intuitives Area with practitioners working to provide holistic treatments; free Yoga and fitness classes anda cafe with fresh food and live entertainment. Plan to come and stay for a while and come back each day!

The Festival is a community event, a fundraiser for local organizations, it’s on a bus-route and is free to attend: encouraging easy access for the whole community.
