ReservationThe management of a hotel needs to provides different
solutions for disabled guests to enabled to make
reservation for themes .
The reservation desk should have a tele-typewritter
installed( TTY )

in the use of a TTY
This device ‘rings’ by way of a flashing light .
TTY are even equi
pped with answering machines.
TTY also has a keyboard that holds froms 20 to 30
character keys , a display screen ,& a modem .
Nowdays many hotels have an online reservation
option on the their websites.
