I. SCOPE: T his agreement applies only to Caleb Barber . The duration of this agreement is in effact for 7 months to meat the special project need. III. PRECEDENT : Thrs agreement is established in response to a special project need ot limited scop ^ and duration. This agreement is not intended to set a precedent for similar circumstances in the future . IV. AGREEMENT ; WHEREAS, the Finance and Public- Works Departments have a temporary need for an Interim Business Systems Analyst: and, WHEREAS, the Finance and Public Works Department strive to provide professional and career development opportunfies to staff members: arid, WHEREAS, the employee , Caleb Barber , has the recu she skills ar .d credent a! s to fulfill tfie higher classification assortment ; and . NOW . THEREFORE, the parties agree that: Caleb Barber will be assigned to the Interim Project Business Systems Analyst position up to 7 months to moot the special project need ot limited scope and duration. The employee will receive pay for the interim ass gnmert according to the pay placement orocedures .

I Me employee will retain membership status in AFSCME 114.
The employee will continue to accrue earn service credit within currant classificationaccording to Civil Service title 12 . chapter 01.
* The employee's regular performance appraisal will be based upon performance of hisduties within both regular and interim worit assignments.
