Coordination at all levels

Addresses coordination needs at all levels (national, regional, provincial):

• Supports setting up clusters• Establishes appropriate inter-cluster

forum and processes• Supports HC with cross-cluster

strategic planning and assessments (CHAP; CAP etc.)

• Advocates for mainstreaming of cross-cutting issues

• Liaises with government, NSAs, military, DPKO, & other actors

• Supports contingency planning and preparedness activities

An established forum for coordination between sectors with defined membership and TOR– But it doesn't have to only be at meetings

• Look up from time to time

• Know expectations people have

• Advocate to be included when appropriate
