This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020
research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 768614
• MS1 - Deployment systems installed: All the systems already installed are
located and the one has to be installed, purchased and placed in the spots
as defined into the Deployment plan (§2.1);
• MS2 - Pre-Pilot verification: System installed tested and worked. Any other
check to allow the baseline data collection starting in M12 done
(authorization, end users acknowledged, etc.);
• MS3 - Baseline registered: 12M baseline has been registered successfully
and reported into D2.4;
• MS4 – Deployment Roll-out data gathered: Deployment Roll-out data
successfully gathered and reported into D6.2.
According to the plan and the milestones defined the appropriate monitoring
strategy should be also introduced. Since the WP2 and WP6 are very much related
in the perspective of Deployment plan and final validation, a tentative monitoring
strategy is setting two monitoring groups:
• Group 1 – Baseline definition: The responsibility of this group is assuring
the successfulness of getting the pilot building baseline (up to 12 M
depending from the Pilot Use case) data gathering.
• Group 2 – HOLISDER Roll-out implementation: The responsibility of this
group is assuring the successfulness of getting the 12 M HOLISDER Roll-out
implementation data gathering for final validation.
The responsible and the duration of both groups are identified in the following
table:

Group leaders have been selected because also leader of the related Task (T2.3 –
SOLINTEL; T6.4 – CAVERION). The relative concerned data will be extracted and
processed in each group, the data congruence and quality will be checked weekly
by the pilot responsible as well. Possible supportive template will be created by
the group leaders and exploited for this purpose. Constant Telco will be also
organized to discuss possible incongruences, unforeseen issues, risks, contingency
and mitigation plans.

3. Conclusions
This deliverable reports the hard work done by all the consortium and mainly the
pilot responsible in, first of all, gathering all the pilot building plans to be used for
modelling them in 3D, in collecting all the related needed information like
equipment, etc. and also solving the last minutes withdraw of some pilot building
finding the best option for the sake of the project. The final composition of
HOLISDER pilot sites is the following:

As mentioned, due for this situation, along with some problems finding building
plans and gathering building information the expected 3D models are on the way
and will be finalized short after this report delivery. Nonetheless, all the
information of the building has been reported as received by the pilot responsible.
In the second part of the report, the use case and the building pilot scenarios have
been matched and the steps of the deployment methodology also introduced. All
the preparatory activities and to engage site recruitment, the uses cases
requirement and the data source have been also listed. The templates to be spread
for gathering the information requested in this step have also been presented along
with data protection regulation and permissions, privacy protection and regulatory
issues.
The information is going to be collected by auditing the pilots with the aim of the
tables developed in the previous paragraphs and the support of the pilot
responsible. The installation plan and also the pilot deployment with all its phases
are also introduced and the pilot validation activities also shaped accordingly.

This deliverable is strictly linked with the D2.4 Pilot Sites Baseline Definition, which
is due for the end of the baseline definition (M22) and related to the T2.3 as well.
In this last deliverable the ultimate 3D modelling and the final version of the
deployment plan implemented will be included, since it could face possible
revamping due to practical / installing / configuration situation could arise during
the real implementation on the basis of the already identified Use Cases and
building. As mentioned into the introduction the pending work in T2.3 will be done
working side by side with pilot partners and partners involved in T6.2 System
Deployment in the pilot sites in order to ensure fully alignment.
