What is a GWAC?

Contracts established by one agency for governmentwide use

Operated by an Executive Agency designated by the OMB

Pursuant to Section 5112(e) of the Clinger-Cohen Act

A Governmentwide Acquisition Contract is defined as

a task or delivery order contract for information technology.
