1) Click on the [Browse] button.

2) Select the file to upload and click on the [Open] button.

1.5.3 Authorized Examiner Representative

1) When the login user is an appointed authorized representative of an Authorised Examiner (AE), selection of the AE must be selected before proceeding with the Pressure Vessel Registration of Examination.

2) Select the [Representative User]. 3) Click on [Registration] button for PV Registration.

4) Select the [Examiner No.] and click on [Submit] for PV Examination.

1) Click on [Register Pressure Vessel].

2) Click on [I Agree] button in the Terms & Conditions page.

3) Click on [Submit] button after reading through the declaration.

4) Provide the [Workplace No.] where the equipment is to be registered. Indicate whether this application is to be applied for a group of vessels with attached economiser(s) and / or superheater(s).

a) If workplace no. is not available, click on [If you do not have a Workplace No.,

Please click to create Workplace Notification.] to fill in the new non-notifiable workplace.

i) Fill in the Occupier Particulars and click on [Next] button.

ii) Fill in the Workplace Particulars and click on [Next] button.

iii) Fill in the Other Information and click on [Next] button.

iv) Attach Supporting Documents if any. The maximum allowable file size for the total upload is 3MB. Click on [Submit] button.

v) Click on the [Proceed] Button to create the new non-notifiable workplace.

vi) Click on [Ok] button to accept the new workplace no.

vii) Click on [Submit] button to continue with Pressure Vessel Registration.

b) If workplace no. is available, enter the workplace no. and click on [Submit] button to continue with Pressure Vessel Registration.

5) Select the [Vessel Class] and [Vessel Type] to register. Then click on [Create] button.

6) Input all required Pressure Vessel particulars and click on [Next] button.

Note To re-register a de-registered equipment, input the [Existing Pressure Vessel Registration

No.] and click on [Load] button to retrieve the particulars of the Pressure Vessel.

7) Upload the required supporting documents and click on [Ready for Submission] button.

8) To add more equipment for registration, select the [Vessel Class] and click on [Add Pressure Vessel] button.

9) When all registrations are ready, select the equipment to submit and ensure that the declaration is checked. Then click on [Submit] button.

10) Upon submission, the Pressure Vessel Registration No. will be generated.

11) To register another Pressure Vessel, click on [Back to Registration] button.

1) Click on [Examine Pressure Vessel].

2) Provide the [Pressure Vessel Registration No.] for the examination report and click on [Submit] button.

3) The Workplace particulars which the Pressure Vessel is registered in will be retrieved. Click on [Next] button to navigate to [Pressure Vessel Particulars] page.

4) The Pressure Vessel particulars will be retrieved. Click on [Next] button to proceed to the [Visit Details] page.

5) To add in visit details, click on the [Create] button.

6) Enter the [Visit Date] and Click on the [Add] button.

7) Select the [Visit Particulars] from the dropdown list. To add more visit particulars for the same visit date, click on [Add] button.

9) When done, click on the [Save] button.

8) The added visit particulars will be displayed. To add another visit particular for an existing visit date, click on the hyperlink to the Visit Date. To add another visit date, click on [Create] button.

9) Proceed to the [Examination Details] by clicking on the [Next] button.

10) Input the details required, such as the measurements and observations. Ensure that

the response to [Is the Examination Completed?] is [Yes].

11) Check on the declaration and proceed with the submission by clicking on the [Submit] button.

12) Once the examination is submitted, the examination certificate can be downloaded online by clicking on the [View Examination Certificate] hyerperlink.

4) The Pressure Vessel Particulars will be retrieved. To view the examinations related to this Pressure Vessel, click on [Next] button.
