Who should perform which role?• User – Role matrix • Will determine training plan• Required for system setup

• One User Role should be assigned to more than one Staff for backup purpose.– If a Staff is on long leave, the other should have that
role to cover his/her duty.• One Staff may have more than one User Roles
– A teacher can be a Class Teacher and Subject Teacher and CCA Teacher and School Cashier.
