A Civil Engineer with over 15 years experience in heavy civil and large scale projects including infrastructure design and construction, commercial and residential development, and industrial facilities. In this role, Mr. Fernandez directs, coordinates, and controls both the project budget and document flow. He is responsible for being an expert on details of the work, and he leads the on- site project management team during construction.
