Established in 1884, Vicdeaf is a progressive community service organisation that provides relevant, responsive and accessible services so that people who are deaf or hard of hearing can enjoy equal opportunities across all areas of life. The Community and Language Services department is responsible for awareness and training programs, information resources, online and print communications, various community activities and the provision of interpreting and communication services through Auslan Connections. Position Purpose The Transitions Project Coordinator is responsible for delivering the 2016 Transitions Workshops. The Project Coordinator will work the equivalent of one day per week until end of June 2016. The Project Coordinator will have two regular volunteers to support the project’s KPIs: Transitions Project Volunteer Livestream & IT Support Volunteer The Transitions Project Volunteer will volunteer maximum one day per week alongside with the Project Coordinator to manage administrative tasks prior to and during the workshops. During the workshops, the Volunteer will coordinate livestreaming and provide additional IT support when required.

Coordinate time and support for the Livestream & IT Support Volunteer
Regularly meet with Project Manager to review Project Plan
Complete final report and expenditure to acquit the project.
KRA: Additional Duties Undertake additional duties in accordance with role expectations

Meeting interaction and participation Performance appraisals are undertaken on an
annual basis and a training and development plan generated from this process.
