Executive Summary Introduction: INT Technologies is a Veteran-Owned National IT Staffing and Consulting Company that has specialized in servicing the Financial and Insurance industries for over 15 years. ● Ron Brinson - Sr Account Executive / Regional Director and SPC for this project - I have been in IT Staffing since 1987. I have recruited, managed recruiting, sold, managed sales, managed branches, divisions and organizations. I am currently in an Account Executive / Regional Sales Manager role for INT. I have been in the Charlotte market, in IT Staffing for the past 18 years. I have worked in the staffing industry for the world’s largest companies to small niche startups and in between. I am very happy to be with INT and assisting them in their growth. It is a quality company founded on doing the right thing and always with the highest degree of integrity.

● Chris Giles - Sr. Recruiter - National IT Recruiter with 15 years of IT recruiting under my belt. I am responsible for recruiting IT Professionals for INT’s clients throughout the US. I work with a team of Senior Recruiting professionals and Account Managers with a common goal of providing outstanding recruitment services and being a trusted leader in the IT consulting field.

● Skip Robinson - Sr. Technical Recruiter - David “Skip” Robinson has over 20 years of experience as an IT recruiter in Charlotte NC and has past experience working with the City of

● Charlie Horn - Sr. Technical Recruiter - I’m a Sr. IT Recruiter who is local to Charlotte with over 7 years of diverse recruiting experience. I have successfully placed candidates within the Banking, Insurance, and Healthcare industries. I enjoy learning about new technologies with a focus on providing exceptional IT recruiting services.

● Chad Baker - Sr. Technical Recruiter - Chad Baker, local to Charlotte, has been in Recruiting for 8 years. He has a solid grasp on the most recent technology as well as the Charlotte market. Previously, Chad was in sales with a local Internet Service Provider.

● Katherine Noto - Sr. Technical Recruiter - BA from Dowling College in NY. Worked as a Project Manager for 8 years at IBM before moving south to continue her Project Management career. She eventually decided she liked people much more than she liked technology and switched careers to Recruiting, She has been recruiting in the Charlotte NC area for the last 8 years.

● Jeff Shaefer - Sr. Technical Recruiter - I have 18 months of successful technical recruiting. experience. I have spent the last 15 years in the restaurant industry doing everything from serving, bartending and training to assistant manager and running a wine program. I gained experience in customer service, training, sales and management and have parlayed that into a career in Recruiting. I have enjoyed my first 18 months and have accomplished quite a bit: My initial ramp up in recruiting, I had 33 placements in 5 months (lead that team). I joined a project team consisting primarily of Senior Recruiters and lead the team with 24 placements in two months. ● Tamara Moloney - VP of Recruiting - Tamara joined INT in 2007 and has been an integral part of INT’s current processes, policies and procedures in the recruiting department. From championing the robust and effective application tracking system and social media efforts to increasing the recruiting team’s productivity and profitability, Tamara is a proven asset to the INT team. She comes with nearly 15 years of recruiting experience and has been in the IT recruiting space for 10+ years. She finds a true passion for matching up technical talent to the client’s needs and finds staffing to be a very rewarding and noble industry. ● James Moloney - VP of Business Development - Sr. Business Development Executive with over 16 years of IT staffing and consulting service experience within Account Management/Development and Executive leadership. Responsible for overseeing all Account Management and Business Development initiatives for INT Technologies. A strategic planner and hands-on leader with a consistent track record of achievements in both sales and customer relations management. History of leading sales teams and personally servicing clients ranging from mid-market to Fortune 100 in size on a national level. Known for creating value and solving problems for clients and an expertise in forging meaningful business relationships as well as having a wealth of knowledge on how to lead a company’s strategic direction. Specialties: Sales Leadership and Account Development / Building and Developing Successful Teams / Strong Client & Consultant Relationship Management / Contract Negotiations / P&L Management

flexible approach. We feel comfortable that as long as the need is in Information Technology that we can support it.

3. 3.3 Job Categories a. Complies? - YES b. How? - We have recruited and placed consultants in all of these categories, in Charlotte c. Additional Information? - We are a prime supplier with Wells Fargo. We have 39 Job

Categories that we support. Wells largest location is Charlotte so we see it all. Also, Wells has an 18 Month Tenure policy and after 18 Months our consultants have to leave. Many of them are tied into our benefits and would like to stay but with Wells Fargo being our only client in Charlotte our only option is for them to relocate out of the city. We would love to have another client or two in Charlotte to absorb some of these proven and tested consultants. Many of them have to seek employment elsewhere until they eligible to come back to Wells. We could provide you with a pro-active model of good talent rolling out of Wells.

template for collecting a job order is excellent. This is essential to a good staffing experience.

We would love an opportunity to work with you to tune this with some additional information that could reduce the number of resumes and increase the interview to hire ratio. At INT we specialize in our ratios and are most proud of our submittal to hire ratios. A solid submittal to hire ratio starts right here at the job order stage. With regards to time savings for all parties involved it is the number one step.

The better we can do screening on the front end the better a fit in the long run.

charlotte contracting market for each skill set and averaged them for you in the pricing worksheet.

8. 3.8 - Customer Service a. Complies? YES Absolutely! b. How? - It is INT’s core value that all of our other business practices are based around. c. Additional Information? At INT we don’t look at ourselves as a supplier, we look at

ourselves as partners. This is why we have compiled a team wholly of Senior Account Executives, Senior Technical Recruiters and Consultant Managers. By having a team of specialist with an average of 13+ yrs industry experience, we are able to provide unmatched customer service and expertise. We constantly confirm we are adhering to this business model by receiving feedback from the managers we partner with, instituting quality surveys to our clients and Consultant Employees and monitoring our quality placement percentages.

Emergency Contact List, as well as a list for each Contractor assigned to the City. Also with regards to Quarterly Invoices INT agrees to prepare, submit, and maintain an Invoice Status Report for each contractor. Additionally we have no problems submitting this report by the 15th of the month preceding the end of quarter to the City’s Principal Contact and shall include the following information, in an Excel spreadsheet. It will contain the 8 items you are requesting. Additionally we can change this as needed as other items become more important to report on. Also INT does have the ability comply with the CCPA Quarterly Usage Reports to provide itemized usage including but not limited to, agency name, contract employee name, job description, hours worked, hourly rate and total cost.

REQUIRED FORM 4 - PRICING WORKSHEET RFP # 269-2015-060IT Contract Professional Services

Regardless of exceptions taken, Service Providers shall provide pricing based on the requirements and terms set forth in this RFP. Pricing must be all-inclusive and cover every aspect of the Project. Cost must be in United States dollars rounded to the nearest quarter of a dollar. If there are additional costs associated with the Services,

please add to this chart. Your Price Proposal must reflect all costs that the City will be responsible for. Service Providers should only

provide pricing for those Categories and Levels for which they are able to provide eligible professional IT Contractors.

Indicate the low/high Pay Rate range and Bill Rate range for each Category/Level/Type below, as well as the mark-up for

each applicable category. Pay Rate and Bill Rate ranges, as well as Mark Up percentages indicated here shall be incorporated

into the final Contract with the Service Provider.
