INT invests heavily in our internal employees as well as our Consultant Employees. We frequently assist with advanced degrees and certifications to assist all of our Consultant Employees advance their careers which then assists our clients.

INT Technologies offers health benefits to all employees working 30 hours or more a week. We offer two health plans and they are both ACA compliant. We will not need to change any of our current plans or processes to comply with the Affordable Healthcare Act.
The City requires that security measures be taken – both physical security and network security, in that the City’s information and other documents are made available only to the Service Provider and parties that the City approves. We could also help in orchestrating this model for all approved suppliers to meet the participants. The participants who are interested could meet with and learn about all of the suppliers in the program. As described in our executive summary we would like to learn about each group so we could create staffing profiles of potential needs. So that when the time is right we are ready. We would then stay in touch based on the participant's projected needs and respond to any and all request for resumes.
4.1.6. Exceptions to the RFP. Exceptions must be submitted in accordance with Section 1.6.13. of this RFP. If exceptions are not identified in your Proposal they may not be considered during Contract negotiation and could result in Proposal being rejected from further consideration. If legal counsel needs to review the Sample City Contract prior to signature, reviews must be completed before your Proposal is submitted. INT is requesting no exceptions to this RFP.

401K PS Plan (WF Retirement)
