Instructions for Pick-Up/Drop-Off of School Materials and Personal Belongings Please follow these instructions to ensure a smooth process for the pick-up and drop-off of school related materials. Thank you for helping us close out the 2019-20 school year as efficiently and safely as possible. A detailed schedule of assigned dates and times can be found on page 2 of this notice. Parents/guardians are strongly encouraged to accompany their child on their assigned day. All Students, Parents/Guardians and Staff MUST FOLLOW CDC GUIDELINES ● Wear a face mask or cloth face covering ● Please respect social distancing at all times; remain 6 feet apart from others ● If you are feeling ill, please do not come to campus + All medication not picked up will be disposed of *If you have an overdue library book, you will be notified P ick-Up/Drop-Off Instructions 1. Follow assigned dates/times (scheduled by TEAM , with designated HOMEROOM times). * Student with siblings: You may come at either student’s designated time. 2. If you are not able to make your specific homeroom time, try to make it to your team time/day. 3. Enter campus through the main (Kilauea Avenue) entrance . Follow staff directions to park, then proceed to designated stations to complete your pick-up/drop-off. 4. Please bring your own bag with you to take home belongings. 5. Please exit campus as quickly as possible to minimize extended interaction. 6. There will be no public access to school buildings during the pick-up/drop-off period. Special Instructions For Instrument Drop-Off Only ● Instrument drop-off is on Tuesday, May 19, staggered by grade level: 6th Grade: 8:30 - 10:00 am • 7th Grade: 9:30 - 11:00 am • 8th Grade: 10:30 am - 12:00 pm ● Please enter the back of campus using the 18th Avenue entrance . ● Please do not park/leave your vehicle. A staff member will direct you to the drop-off area and receive the instrument from you in a drive-through fashion. ● Students, check Google Classroom for instrument cleaning instructions before your return date.
