Screening Codes for Casefinding (Includes updates October 1, 2013
to September 30, 2014) The following lists are intended to assist
in identifying reportable neoplasms in casefinding sources that use
ICD-9-CM* codes to codify the diagnoses. Revisions and updates to
ICD-9-CM codes are released annually. This list should be reviewed
annually and any changes made. Casefinding should include primary
diagnoses and any subsequent or secondary diagnoses. Slide 5
